The number of participants (one to four passengers) and the location of the activity depend on the flight outline, the seasons and the composition of your  group.

Once you have chosen a date and place, you will make a reservation on the website for your flight.

It is important to read the health statement and make sure you are eligible. If there is a question, we will be happy to answer.

Payment is 50% at time of booking,  and 50% after flight.

Cancellation on your behalf is possible up to 72 hours before the flight, full refund without questions.

Prior to the flight, we will coordinate the final details and keep our fingers crossed that the weather will allow us to set off safely.

If there is any doubt about the weather conditions, we will arrange an alternative date for your selection.

If the weather conditions do not allow a scheduled flight, you will be notified up to 12 hours before the flight.

Cancellation of flight in case of force majeure (also during the flight) – you will win a return flight.

Flying in a hot air balloon requires patience and forbearance and this will be done on the best side!
